I've never been particularly interested in doing something simply because that's how it's always been done.
I'm curious by nature. I like figuring out how things work, asking questions, exploring unfamiliar territory, and finding connections between ideas that don't initially seem related.
My career has taken me through broadcasting, digital content, marketing, and project management. Each chapter has given me a different perspective—and a different set of tools for approaching the next challenge.
I'm equally comfortable digging into a complicated workflow, developing a creative idea, learning a new technology, or figuring out why something that should work... doesn't.
I enjoy learning how things work, exploring unfamiliar subjects, and asking questions. I'm rarely satisfied with simply knowing what something does. I want to understand why.
I like making things. Whether it's developing an idea, building something from scratch, experimenting with a new tool, or finding an unconventional solution, I enjoy the process of creation.
I'm drawn to technology that opens up possibilities. From AI and digital tools to 3D printing, I enjoy exploring what new tools can make possible.
Travel and new experiences give me a different perspective. I gravitate toward the unusual, the unexpected, and the places and experiences that make a good story.
I take my work seriously. Myself? Not always. A little humor makes almost any challenge easier to tackle. I even won 2010 Host with the Most for stand-up comedy.
